Armenian Foreign Minister Ara Ayvazyan and his Finnish counterpart Pekka Haavisto today, by phone, discussed the situation in Karabakh and regional stabilization following the recent war.

The two, according to a statement released by Ayvazyan’s office, addressed the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs.

Issues related to the Armenian-Finnish agenda were raised during the   conversation. Both sides stressed the need to give a new impetus to political dialogue, including reciprocal visits and the intensification of political dialogue.
