Armenian Speaker of the National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan, today in Yerevan, met with Dmitry Mariyasin Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Armenia who is completing his mission in Armenia.

Mirzoyan thanked Mariyasin for the cooperation and the joint programs implemented in different spheres during his mission in Armenia.

Mirzoyan noted the military aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh last fall, prioritizing the issue of the speedy return of Armenian prisoners of war and captives.

Mirzoyan also highlighted the urgent need to resolve problems caused by the war and the active involvement of international partners.
