President of Armenian Parliament Hosts Visiting Finnish FM

RA National Assembly President Samvel Nikoyan hosted a delegation headed by Finnish Foreign Affairs Minister Erkki Tuomioja now in Armenia.

Earlier today, the Finish delegation visited the Tzitzernakaberd Genocide Memorial and Minister Tuomioja placed a wreath at the eternal flame.

The Finnish Foreign Minister also planted a tree in Memorial Alley and watered the one planted by President of Finland Tarja Halonen in 2005

What does (caretaker) Nokoyan have in common with the Foreign Minister of Finland?That is besides the color of their suits.
