Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin, today, by phone, discussed implementation of the November 9 Karabakh ceasefire, focusing on the return of Armenian POWs and others now detained by Azerbaijan.

Pashinyan, according to a statement released by his office, accused Baku of not fully complying with the trilateral ceasefire statement.

Bilateral cooperation matters were also discussed.
