Armenian National Assembly President Ararat Mirzoyan and newly appointed Belarus Ambassador to Armenia Alexander Konyuk met today in Yerevan and discussed the strengthening of relations between the two countries.

Konyuk said Belarus is ready to work toward the return of Armenian POWs.

 "During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the intensification of cooperation between the parliamentarians of the two countries on both bilateral and multilateral platforms," ​​a statement released by Mirzoyan’s office reads.
