Armenian President Armen Sarkissian and Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces Colonel General Onik Gasparyan met today and discussed the political situation in Armenia.

Sarkissian has rejected a proposal, made by PM Nikol Pashinyan, to sack Gasparyan after he and other high-ranking military official called for Pashinyan’s resignation.
