Armenian Foreign Minister Ara Ayvazyan and United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet, today by phone, discussed the human rights situation in Artsakh.

Ayvazyan, according to a statement released by his office, condemned Azerbaijani violations of its humanitarian obligations, particularly its reluctance to immediately repatriate Armenian POWs and hostages.

The two expressed their concerns over the politicization of the humanitarian aid process and the creation of artificial obstacles.
