
Armenia Assumes Chairmanship of OSCE Forum for Security Co-operation
Armenia has assumed the four-month chairmanship of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Forum for Security Co-operation.
The U.S. handed over the chairmanship of the Forum to Armenia on March 23.
Speaking about the priorities of Armenia’s chairmanship of the Forum, Ambassador Armen Papikyan, Head of the Armenian Mission to the OSCE, highlighted the importance of arms control, cooperation with other regional security organizations, confidence building, security measures and OSCE military-political commitments.
