
Hayastan All-Armenian Fund to Construct Two Apartment Buildings in Gyumri
The Hayastan All-Armenian Fund has launched a project to construct two apartment building and a kindergarten in Gyumri, Armenia’s second largest city.
The buildings will house forty families now living in temporary shelters due to the 1988 Spitak earthquake.
"We have a huge list of beneficiaries who have applied to the Fund over the years. "During this year and a half, we will do a thorough and careful work to fully study the list of beneficiaries and provide apartments to the neediest," said Haykak Arshamyan, Executive Director of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund.
The kindergarten will accommodate fifty preschoolers.
