Armenian Minister of Defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan and his Russian counterpart, Sergey Shoygu, today by phone, discussed the activities of the 102nd Russian military base in Armenia, the joint Armenian-Russian military group, large-scale reforms launched in the Armenian army, as well as a wide range of issues related to security issues in Syunik.

"Harutyunyan and Shoygu also referred to the mission of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Nagorno Karabakh," the Armenian Defense Ministry reported.
