I understand from this post that three requiems will be performed as part of the genocide commemorations. If so: How many requiems does a small, impoverished country that lost a war, is in the grip of a pandemic, and in the midst of a political crisis need? Does it need any? Wouldn't the money be better spent in rehabilitation programs for wounded and disabled soldiers and their families. This is madness.
