Armenian Security Council Head Says Karabakh Can Never be Part of Azerbaijan

Armen Grigoryan, Secretary of Armenia’s Security Council, told those attending today’s sitting of the Committee of Secretaries of the CSTO Security Councils in Dushanbe, that last year’s Artsakh War made it clear that Nagorno Karabakh cannot be part of Azerbaijan under any circumstances.

Grigoryan, according to a statement released by his office, spoke about security challenges and the situation in the South Caucasus, emphasizing that it remains tense due to the aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan and Turkey against Artsakh in 2020.

Grigoryan also raised the issue of Armenian POWs and described the war trophy park in Baku as a manifestation of fascism.

This fellow needs to wake up and face reality! Karabakh is now and has always been part of Azerbaijan and is recognized as such by the world. That will not change however much this fellow and his compatriots whine about it. What is still to be determined is the future status of the Armenian residents of Karabakh. They have just 5 years at most to reconcile themselves to becoming Azerbaijan citizens. If they don't want to do that they will have to leave. They have no other choice!
