Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II left for the United States today on a patriarchal visit and is scheduled to meet with Eastern Diocesan church leaders.

During meetings with other individuals and organizations discussions on the aftermath of last year’s Karabakh war will take place.

Accompanying Catholicos Garegin II are Pontifical Legate of the Armenian Church in Western Europe Archbishop Khajag Barsamian and Primate of the Armenian Diocese of New Nakhichevan and Russia Archbishop Yezras Nersisian.
