Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Stanislav Zas told acting Armenian Minister of Defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan today that the Armenian-Azerbaijani border situation would be discussed at this week’s meeting of the CSTO Council of Foreign Ministers in Dushanbe.

Harutyunyan said that the Armenian military is fully monitoring the movement of those Azerbaijani troops remaining on Armenian territory, warning that given the troop build-up by both sides, the stand-off needs to be immediately resolved or the consequences could be unpredictable.
