Acting Armenian Foreign Minister Ara Ayvazyan and Iranian Ambassador to Armenia Abbas Badakhshan Zohouri met in Yerevan today and discussed the situation along the Armenian-Azerbaijan border.

Ayvazyan, according to a statement released by his office, reiterated Armenia’s demand that all Azerbaijani troops immediately and unconditionally withdraw from the country.

The two also discussed other issues on the Armenian-Iranian agenda.
