The Armenian Ministry of Defense reports that Azerbaijani troops captured six Armenian soldiers early this morning in the country’s Gegharkunik province.

The ministry, in a statement, says the Armenian soldiers were conducting engineering work along the border with Azerbaijan when they were surrounded and taken captive.
