Artsakh Minister of State and Minister of Finance Grigori Martirosyan says he’s resigning from office.

Martirosyan, in a Facebook post, says he decided to resign last year but postponed leaving when war broke out in Artsakh.

“Throughout my tenure, during a very difficult period for our country, I have tried to do my best to meet the challenges in the field entrusted to me, to solve key issues for the benefit of the future of our country,” Martirosyan writes.
