
Armenian President to Kazakhstan on Working Visit
Armenian President Armen Sarkissian leaves for Kazakhstan on June 3 on a working visit and is scheduled to meet with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, former President Nursultan Nazarbayev and parliamentary leaders.
"During the meetings, issues related to Armenian-Kazakh bilateral cooperation, interstate relations, as well as cooperation within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Collective Security Treaty Organization will be discussed. The problems and challenges that emerged in Armenia and the region in the post-war period will also be discussed,” reads a statement released by Sarkissian’s office.
