Artak Beglaryan Appointed Artsakh Minister of State

Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan today introduced newly appointed State Minister Artak Beglaryan to the government.

Beglaryan will coordinate the activities of four ministers: Minister of Labor, Social Affairs and Migration; Minister of Health; Minister of Justice; Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports.

Beglaryan formerly served as Artsakh Human Rights Ombudsman and Presidential Chief of Staff.
