Pashinyan to Voters: "There is a future"

Kicking off his campaign for reelection as Armenian Prime Minister, Nikol Pashinyan issued a statement today calling on voters to go to the polls, cast their ballots for his Civil Contract party, and thus forge the country’s future.

“I want you to not give up hope or to have any doubts,” Pashinyan wrote, arguing that the country was spiraling into an abyss before he took office in 2018 and that his government did its best to control the situation with the resources at hand.

Pashinyan concluded his statement with the words:

“I am writing to you to say that there is a future. There is a future, and we will create it today.

Your Nikol.”
