Sarkissian Congratulates Kocharyan on Second Place Win

Armenian President Armen Sarkissian today, by telephone, congratulated Robert Kocharyan for the second place showing of the Armenia Alliance in Sunday’s snap parliamentary election.

Sarkissian wished the alliance “productive work” for the benefit of Armenia.
