Artsakh Security Service Issues Warning About "Suspicious" Telephone Calls from Azerbaijan, Turkey

Artsakh’s National Security Service (NSS) has called on citizens not to answer what it describes as “suspicious” telephone calls emanating from Turkey and Azerbaijan.

The NSS calls on people receiving such calls to report the matter.

The NSS says such telephone calls have been reported of late but fails to specify their content or the language used.

"At the same time, we urge you to refrain from anti-nationalist practices, not to speculate and not to discuss such platforms in open platforms, the purpose of which is to create an atmosphere of fear and uncertainty for the future among the people of Artsakh," the NSS statement reads.
