Artsakh Parliament Discusses Two Bills at Special Session

The Artsakh National Assembly convened a special plenary sitting today to discuss a package of draft laws "On Making Amendments to the Law on the Legal Regime of Martial Law" and "On Making Amendments to the Criminal Code".

The sitting was on the initiative of Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan and chaired by National Assembly Speaker Arthur Tovmasyan.
