The Armenian Defense Ministry reports that two Armenian soldiers went missing today along the southeastern section of the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.

The ministry says radio communication with the two soldiers, who were in an armored vehicle driving in dense fog, was lost.

A search for the two soldiers proved unsuccessful.

The ministry, with Russian mediation, is discussing the whereabouts of the two soldiers with Azerbaijani military officials.
