Azerbaijani troops, using different caliber firearms, fired on Armenian military positions in the Gegharkunik section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border last night.

Armenian troops responded in kind. The Azerbaijani gunfire lasted for close to an hour according to the Armenian Ministry of Defense.

No Armenian casualties were reported.
