Artsakh State Minister Artak Beglaryan visited the Martuni communities of Gishi, Spitakashen, Mushkapat-Haghort on August 14 and spoke to residents about government steps to resolve a number of practical issues they now face.

Beglaryan, according to a statement released by his office, emphasized the importance of community life and the need for government-resident collaboration to ensure the necessary conditions for sustainable local development.
