Armenia, Artsakh Foreign Ministries Discuss Karabakh Issue

Artsakh Foreign Minister Davit Babayan, by telephone today, congratulated Ararat Mirzoyan on his recent election as Armenian Foreign Minister.

The two officials stressed the importance of further developing relations between their foreign ministries and holding regular consultations.

Touching upon the Karabakh issue, the two emphasized the need to resume the process of peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group.

These guys really do live in a fantasy world! The Karabakh situation is already resolved and there will never be an independent Artsakh! All that remains is for the Armenian residents of Karabakh to go through the process of attaining Azerbaijan residency. If they don't want to do that then they must leave. Those are their only 2 realistic choices and all this meaningless babble from the illegal sepparatist regime is just deceiving them and will make the shock greater when the Russians leave and Azerbaijan moves in. Reconciliation now or war and eviction later are the choices so the sepparatists need to pack their bags and go and stop the B S!
