Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan today defended his claim that Azerbaijani soldiers deliberately set fires near the villages of Sotk and Kut, in Armenia’s Gegharkunik Province, two days ago.

Brushing aside Azerbaijani denials as ludicrous, Tatoyan said his office had received reports from villagers on the ground and that the news had been verified.

Tatoyan’s office circulated the following video today, saying it was taken in Kut two days ago.
