Armenia’s opposition With Honor and Hayastan parliamentary factions have submitted a formal complaint to the country’s Constitutional Court, accusing Parliamentary Speaker Alen Simonyan of arbitrarily interpreting his powers and employing a double standard when it comes to regulating the actions of opposition MPs.

The factions argue that Simonyan’s biased approach hinders the work of their MPs.
