Artsakh President Plans to Raise State Salaries, Pensions by 20%
Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan plans to raise salaries for civil servants, pensions and other social payments by an average of 20% starting in 2022.
Harutyunyan made the announcement at a cabinet meeting today in Stepanakert focusing on the government’s social assistance programs.
The government says it will soon finalize the drafting of a free healthcare program.
