Artsakh Foreign Minister Says Terrorists Have No Religion
Artsakh Foreign Minister Davit Babayan does not think the Karabakh conflict has religious overtones and believes inter-community religious dialogue can resolve certain conflicts.
Babayan made the remarks at today’s International Religious Freedom and Peace, chaired by Armenian Apostolic Catholicos Garegein II, in Etchmaidzin.
Babayan said that mercenaries and terrorists hired to fight alongside Azerbaijan in last year’s war have no religion.
Babayan thanked Catholicos Garegin II and the Armenian Apostolic Church for fostering religious dialogue in the name of peace.
