Armenian President Armen Sarkissian today thanked outgoing French Ambassador to Armenia Jonathan Lacôte for strengthening relations between the two countries while in office.

Lacôte, to be replaced by Anne Louyot, said that he has always been a good friend of Armenia and will continue to work for expanded friendly ties between Paris and Yerevan.
