Armenian Foreign Minister, UN High Commissioner for Refugees Discuss Humanitarian Crisis in Karabakh
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and UN High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi met yesterday in New York on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly’s 76th session and discussed the humanitarian crisis in post-war Karabakh.
Mirzoyan, according to a statement released by his office, said conditions must be created to allow displaced Karabakh residents to return to their homes, emphasizing that international organizations must be allowed to freely work in the area.
