Armenian Security Council Head, U.S. Ambassador Discuss Border Situation
Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan and U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Lynne Tracy met today in Yerevan at discussed the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs to reach a political settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
“Grigoryan noted that the unblocking of communication links can play an important role in establishing long-term, lasting peace in the region,” this according to a statement released by Grigoryan’s office.
The two also discussed the situation along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and reaffirmed their pledge to resume bilateral strategic dialogue.
