Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Thierry Ribaux, who heads the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) delegation to Armenia, today discussed the ongoing work to resolve the humanitarian issues in post-war Artsakh.

Mirzoyan, according to a statement released by his office, stressed that Azerbaijan must immediately repatriate all Armenian POWs and that international humanitarian agencies must be allowed free access to the conflict zone.
