The Human Rights Defenders of Armenia and Ukraine today placed flowers at the eternal flame in Yerevan’s 1915 Genocide Memorial today.

Lyudmyla Denisova, Ukraine’s Commissioner for Human Rights, and Armenian HRD Arman Tatoyan also visited the Armenian Genocide Museum.

Denisova, and a delegation she heads, are in Armenia to exchange notes on the prevention of torture.
