Armenian National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonyan and President of Georgia’s Constitutional Court Merab Turava met in Yerevan today and discussed steps to strengthen relations between the legislatures of the two countries.

Simonyan, according to a statement released by his office, stressed that the deepening of cooperation with Georgia in all spheres stems from the priorities of brotherly and neighborly interests.

Turava, and a delegation he heads, is on an official visit to Armenia at the invitation of Armenian  Constitutional Court President Arman Dilanyan.
