The Armenian government’s Unified InfoCenter reports that Azerbaijani propaganda internet platforms are spreading a statement, in Armenian, addressed to the relatives of captured and missing Armenian servicemen, urging them to send video messages and letters to Azerbaijani e-mail addresses.

The Center says the statement claims that messages and letters will be delivered to the Armenian captives.

The Center warns relatives of Armenian POWs and missing servicemen not to reply since the information will be used to disseminate demoralizing propaganda in Armenia.
