Armenian PM, Moldovan President Discuss Economic Cooperation Prospects
Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and Moldovan President Maia Sandu met today on the sidelines of the Eastern Partnership summit in Brussels.
Pashinyan, according to a statement released by his office, highlighted the development of relations between the two countries, praised the political dialogue with Moldova.
Pashinyan stressed the need to develop greater economic cooperation and to promote mutual tourism.
Sandu said Moldova is interested in deepening and strengthening relations with Armenia and called for the creation of a business forum.
She also highlighted the development of cooperation and exchange of experience in the process of institutional reforms, including reforms in the spheres of justice, fight against corruption and human rights.
