Armenian Security Council Head Speaks at Atlantic Council Meeting
At a meeting organized by the Atlantic Council, a Washington D.C.-based think-tank, visiting Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan talked about Armenia’s position on steps to reopen transit and communication links in the South Caucasus.
During a follow-up Q&A session, a wide range of issues were discussed, including the processes of establishing democratic institutions, Armenia's foreign policy priorities, and the fight against climate change.
