Artsakh President Offers Season Greetings to Frontline Soldiers

Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan today visited frontline soldiers and offered his best wishes for the New Year and Christmas.

"May there be eternal peace and stability in the Armenian world under the guarantee of the Armenian soldier," Harutyunyan wrote in a Facebook post.
