The Artsakh Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijani media claims that its troops   opened fire from a car in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions earlier today.

The Artsakh ministry, in a statement, says that Azerbaijani troops fired on the village of Karmir Shuka and that a civilian car caught fire as a result.

The ministry says information on the incident was given to Russian peacekeepers.
