
Azerbaijani Troops Have Killed Thirteen Following Ceasefire, Says Artsakh PGO
The Artsakh Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) reports that Azerbaijani troops have killed three Armenian civilians and ten servicemen in the country to date following the November 9, 2020 ceasefire.
The PGO, in a statement released today, says that Azerbaijani troops have committed 69 crimes against Artsakh Armenians.
These crimes include property destruction, theft, torture and attempted murder.
