Artsakh Human Rights Defender Gegham Stepanyan reports that Azerbaijani troops today fired on residential homes today in the Karmir Shuka and Taghavar villages in Artsakh’s Martuni District.

He says that several homes were damaged.

Stepanyan, in a statement, describes today’s incident as “another manifestation of recent periodic Azerbaijani terrorist attacks.”

“"Azerbaijan will continue its criminal attempts against the people of Artsakh until the international community unanimously condemns Azerbaijan's blatant crimes against humanity," the statement reads.
