Armenian National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonyan, now serving as the country’s acting president, today met with U.S. Ambassador to Armenian Lynne Tracy.

The two congratulated each other on the thirtieth anniversary of the establishment of Armenia-US diplomatic relations.

Simonyan stressed that the United States has been a stable partner and friend of Armenia since its independence.

The two exchanged views on the implementation of joint projects within the framework of the thirtieth anniversary of the establishment of Armenia-U.S. diplomatic relations.
