Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan today marked the 34th anniversary of the Sumgait anti-Armenian pogroms by laying flowers at a Stepanakert memorial dedicated to the innocent victims.

Harutyunyan, according to a government statement, was accompanied by Artsakh National Assembly Speaker Artur Tovmasyan and other political and military officials.
