Pashinyan Honors March 2008 Protest Victims
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan today paid his respects to the victims of the March 2008 post-election unrest that swept Yerevan.
Pashinyan, accompanied by Acting Armenian President Alen Simonyan and Prime Ministerial Chief of Staff Arayik Harutyunyan, today visited Yerevan’s Alexander Myasnikyan statue. The site has become a gathering place for those commemorating the 2008 protests and subsequent police crackdown.
