Residents of Davitashen village and nearby homes have penned an open letter to the press, complaining that they have gone without water for a week and that the utility Yerevan Water hasn’t done anything to fix the problem.

Irate consumers say Yerevan Water employees, who have inspected the area, have given them a bunch of evasive and contradictory answers.

Residents say this isn’t the first water supply problem the village has experienced. They say that the community went without water for the entire month of September last year.
