Armenian Human Rights Defender Kristinne Grigoryan and Russian Commissioner for Human Rights Tatiana Moskalkova, by telephone yesterday, discussed steps to deepen cooperation between the two agencies.

Grigoryan, according to a statement released by her office, accepted Moskalova’s invitation to meet in Moscow.
