Armenian Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan and Commander of Russia’s Peacekeeping Forces in Artsakh, Major General Andrey Volkov, met today in Yerevan and discussed regional security matters.

Volkov, according to a statement released by the ministry, briefed Papikyan on the situation along the Line of Contact.
